As per your submitted testimonials, prayers, comments, and other content submitted to the Site (“User-Submitted Content”), you retain ownership to them – we do not claim any ownership. However, by submitting content on the Site, you grant Pilgrim Prayers a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your User-Submitted Content in any media, now known or hereafter developed, for purposes related to the operation and promotion of the Site and its services. You further agree that User-Submitted Content, such as testimonies may be publicly available.
By submitting content on the Site, you agree that:
- The content is your original work or you have permission to submit it.
- The content does not infringe on the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.
- The content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations, or promote illegal activities.
- The content is not defamatory, abusive, harmful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
While we do not pre-screen User-Submitted Content, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to review, edit, or remove any User-Submitted Content that violates these Terms of Use or is deemed inappropriate for any reason. 12. Indemnification
You hereby agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pilgrim Prayers, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:

- Your User-Submitted Content on the Site;

- Any infringement of third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or other proprietary rights, caused by your actions.
Pilgrim Prayers reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. In such cases, you agree to cooperate fully with Pilgrim Prayers in asserting any available defenses.

If a resolution cannot be reached through informal means within thirty (30) days.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You hereby agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Site must be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Tel Aviv district, Israel.

You agree that Pilgrim Prayers reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time, at its sole discretion.
